Employees will train, support, and monitor clients in community and vocational settings while actively participating in developing support circles to build community relationships. Key duties also involve developing adaptive support materials and assisting with the implementation of clients' annual plans, goals, and objectives.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and are preferred to have one year of experience in social services, education, or working with the developmentally disabled population. A minimum of three years of driving experience and owning a vehicle for transportation are also required.
