RNs run 7AM-7:30PM and 7PM-7:30AM - we have days/nights open. We require holiday and weekend coverage. We have PRN, Part time and Full time available, prefer FT nurses - will consider any. shift diff for nights and weekends $5.00 for nights and $2.00 for weekends Nursing ratio varies but typically it is 6 patients to 1 nurse.

• Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Nursing Process
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to promote positive patient outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.
• Follow infection control protocols and standard precautions when handling patients and materials.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, collecting information from patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Identify patient care needs and develop individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Implement nursing interventions that align with established patient care standards and coordinate with other healthcare disciplines.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.

• Clinical Leadership & Team Coordination
• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other nursing personnel as needed.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to hospital and unit-specific policies and procedures.
