The role involves providing advanced clinical pharmacy services within the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, participating in daily interdisciplinary rounds with physicians and care teams to support medication optimization and safety. Responsibilities also include contributing to clinical program development, quality initiatives, and cost stewardship while collaborating with pharmacy leadership.
Candidates must possess a PharmD from an accredited school and have completed a PGY-2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency, or a PGY-1 Residency plus three or more years of PICU experience. Eligibility for or licensure to practice pharmacy in Texas is also required, along with prior clinical pharmacist experience in a PICU or pediatric acute care setting.

This role is based in a 32-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a highly collaborative environment.
