The role involves assisting in the planning, development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of activity programs while observing resident attendance and behavior during these events. Responsibilities also include transporting residents, participating in care plan development, interviewing residents/families, and coordinating activities with other departments.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Previous experience working with the elderly population is preferred but not mandatory.
