Therapists will function as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing behavioral health consultation, assessments, counseling, and evidence-based interventions to individuals, groups, and families using wellness and recovery models. Responsibilities also include ensuring service integration, care coordination, and completing all required documentation accurately and on time.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, along with active licensure or registration as a candidate pursuing licensure in Colorado. Required experience includes clinical exposure in behavioral health, assessment, therapeutic engagement, use of evidence-based models, diagnostic skills, treatment planning, and familiarity with EHRs, DSM V, recovery, and trauma-informed care.
Outpatient Therapist - Licensed or Unlicensed - Castle Rock
AllHealth Network is currently looking for qualified Therapists to join our team of passionate behavioral health service professionals. As a team we strive every day to nurture growth and recovery by caring for each other, our clients, and our future.
Monday - Friday
Full-Time: Castle Rock, CO
This person can work from home up to 2 days a week.
We ask that all of our clinicians be willing to work at least 2 nights until 7 PM.
$5,000
$60,000 - 63,000 for unlicensed
$68,000 --$72,000 for an LPC, LCSW or LMFT depending on experience and/or licensure
AllHealth Network also provides a 10% compensation differential for individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish (language proficiency testing required)
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks’ total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
