The Staffing Coordinator is primarily responsible for monitoring census, staffing levels, admissions, and discharges to ensure adequate staff coverage for all shifts, including preparing and amending monthly staffing schedules. This role also involves managing time-off requests, tracking absenteeism, coordinating transports, and handling related administrative and payroll support tasks.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with experience using automated scheduling platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates must also obtain CPR and de-escalation/restraint certifications, with training available upon hire.
