The Behavioral Health Associate is responsible for conducting safety checks, monitoring patient mental status, and providing 1:1 support in a therapeutic environment. They also assist in crisis situations using de-escalation techniques and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in human services, social work, or a hospital setting is preferred but not required as paid training is provided.

As a Behavioral Health Associate, you are an integral part of the treatment team provided for patients upon admission to our facility. Each unit utilizes a team nursing approach to take care of our patients. Nurses work in collaboration with the Behavioral Health Associates in order to provide the highest standard of care for our patients.
You will play a crucial role in enabling a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by providing a positive, supportive, and structured environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range: Base pay rate: 17-20.25/hour
Shift differentials are available for the following shifts, and will add the below hourly amounts to your base rate of pay: Weekend: $1.25/hour Weekday Evening: $1.25/hour Weekend Evening: $2.50/hour Overnight: $4/hour
11pm - 730am
Part-time (24 hours) 3 days per week All full-time and part-time employees work every other weekend. All shifts are 8 hours.
