Key duties include managing patient check-in/check-out, handling administrative tasks like scanning and record requests, and performing drug screenings while maintaining cleanliness. The role also involves supporting chiropractors by preparing patients, updating medical records, and managing documentation workflows.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and be fluent in both Spanish and English, as bilingualism is a strict requirement. Essential skills include basic computer proficiency for data entry and office tasks, along with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and interact effectively with patients and providers.
