Candidates must possess a Master's degree and hold active NP or PA-C certification, with practical specialization in rheumatology preferred. Required qualifications include excellent communication skills, demonstrated experience with remote patient management via telehealth, and proficiency with EHR systems.

We are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with rheumatology experience to play an important role in our onsite care team at AndHealth and with our community partners. The APP helps with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations. They understand that there is no single solution when it comes to patient care and thrive in a collaborative care team environment focused on addressing each patient with a unique, whole-person approach.
