The nursing coordinator provides care to residents, which includes basic nursing tasks such as checking blood pressure, inserting catheters, and assisting with changing and dressing patients for comfort. Responsibilities also involve documenting ongoing patient status assessments, care provided, patient responses, needs, limitations, and progress toward goals.
The position requires a Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) to join a large post-acute healthcare system committed to community health needs. Candidates should be ready to make a meaningful impact and be valued by a dedicated team.
