Key duties involve managing patient flow, including greeting, check-in/check-out, confirmation calls, and maintaining organized reception and patient areas. The role also supports chiropractic providers by preparing patients, updating medical records, and handling administrative tasks like scheduling and prior authorizations.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of six months of medical experience in an administrative physician office setting. Required competencies include basic computer skills for data entry, Word, and Outlook, along with the ability to triage patients and take basic vital signs.
