The role involves greeting and checking patients in and out, managing administrative tasks like scanning paperwork and handling records, and supporting chiropractors by preparing patients for exams and updating medical documentation according to Pennsylvania scope-of-practice guidelines. This position also coordinates administrative support, manages schedules, obtains prior authorizations, and acts as a liaison between providers and patients.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and have a minimum of six months of medical experience within an administrative physician office setting. Essential competencies include basic computer skills for data entry and office software, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and the capacity to triage patients by taking basic vital signs.

This role requires travel between our Elkins Park, PA office and our Marlton, NJ office.
Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting maximum of 20 lbs.
