The Supportive Housing Specialist provides targeted case management, including establishing rapport, developing treatment plans, offering counseling, teaching skills, and assisting clients in obtaining benefits, medical services, and employment. Responsibilities also involve maintaining collateral contacts, networking with service providers, liaising with landlords, and ensuring case coordination for client-centered care.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in human services or equivalent education and experience, along with two years of experience working with the dually diagnosed population (mental illness and substance abuse). A valid driver's license is required, and CPR/First-Aid Certification is desired within six months of hire.

$19.28/hr minimum, and up commensurate upon experience.
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
