The role involves coordinating and leading community programming, activities, events, and entertainment for residents. This includes promoting initiatives to encourage participation and organizing necessary transportation for outings and medical appointments.
The assistant must determine appropriate resident activity levels and ensure their safety during programming. Additional duties as assigned must also be completed.
