Clinicians will lead person-centered treatment planning within multidisciplinary teams supporting adults (age 18+) in a community-based behavioral health program. Responsibilities include providing direct clinical interventions, facilitating assessments, treatment plans, and modeling best practices for the team.
Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree in a related field and hold a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, Licensed Rehab Counselor, Physician, Registered Nurse, Registered OT, or Psychologist). Three to five years of experience in mental health treatment, especially with substance use histories, is preferred, and bilingual applicants are encouraged.
SIGN ON BONUS of $2,000
The ACCS Clinician provides direct clinical interventions with Persons served, facilitates the planning and documentation of comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and clinical services and is responsible for modeling best practices as well as training for the Team in recovery principles, administrative requirements and clinical interventions.
