The Occupational Therapist will plan, organize, and conduct therapy programs to rehabilitate individuals impaired by illness, injury, or psychological conditions, focusing on evaluating abilities and developing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include implementing therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri, or be eligible for one. While Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus, new graduates are encouraged to apply, and strong interpersonal skills are required.
