The Outpatient Therapist will conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy as clinically indicated for a diverse client population. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with best practices, and participating in professional development activities.
Required qualifications include a Master's degree in a clinical discipline, completion of a clinical practicum, and holding necessary Pennsylvania clearances (Act 33 & 34, FBI fingerprinting). Preferred qualifications include an active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) and experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan.
