The Occupational Therapist will assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams to help them regain independence and improve functionality. Responsibilities include guiding patients through exercises, teaching the use of adaptive equipment, and documenting progress according to practice policies.
Candidates must possess current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and current CPR certification, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates with strong orthopedic backgrounds will be considered. Hand therapy experience is required, and the applicant must hold a valid state Physical Therapy license.
