The Medical Scribe is responsible for accurately documenting patient visits in real-time, including history, exams, results, treatment plans, and prescriptions within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). This role also involves assisting providers with orders and maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA standards while supporting seamless patient care.
Candidates must have completed a Medical Assistant/Scribe program or possess one year of orthopedic scribe experience, with CNA or Pre-Med students encouraged to apply. A minimum of two years of healthcare or back-office experience is required, and the ideal applicant should be tech-savvy and detail-driven for a fast-paced clinic environment.
