The technologist will perform nuclear medicine and molecular imaging procedures including SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT, administering radioactive materials and adjunctive medications safely. Key duties involve acquiring, processing, and analyzing imaging data while ensuring strict adherence to radiation safety protocols for both inpatient and outpatient services.
Candidates must possess CNMT (NMTCB) or ARRT (N) certification along with a required AHA BLS certification and graduation from a Radiologic Technology specialty training program. A minimum of one year of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field are preferred.
ATC Healthcare is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Danville, PA. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient imaging services, including Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT. The department is equipped with 3 SPECT cameras, 1 SPECT/CT camera, and 2 PET/CT cameras.
The technologist will perform diagnostic, therapeutic, and radiotheranostic procedures using radioactive materials, CT imaging, and adjunctive medications under the supervision of an authorized user and licensed practitioner.
