The Student Nurse Aide will provide direct personal care to residents, including grooming and bathing, under supervision, and assist nursing staff with non-nursing tasks like answering call lights and organizing supplies. Responsibilities also include assisting with ambulation, transfers, monitoring skin integrity, and reporting any condition requiring management attention.
Candidates must possess written proof of completing 16-hour ADL training from an authorized source and demonstrate strong communication, patience, and a passion for service. Essential requirements include the ability to follow safety procedures, maintain professionalism, and adhere to documentation protocols.
