The Physical Therapy Assistant will provide skilled, person-centered therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. They are responsible for documenting patient progress, monitoring treatment responses, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license and be in good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is preferred, along with proficiency in electronic documentation systems.
