Job Description

• ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment.
• Home unit will be standard ICU, with required floating to IMCU and Med/Surg based on patient volume.
• Candidates must be highly flexible with floating and comfortable caring for occasional pediatric patients.
• Epic experience is required.
• Weekend rotation includes up to two weekends per month.

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide care for critically ill ICU patients
• Manage ventilated patients and advanced respiratory support
• Monitor and manage cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status
• Administer and titrate IV drips and sedation
• Provide central line care and advanced IV management
• Interpret ABGs and clinical data
• Follow infection prevention and isolation protocols
• Float to IMCU or Med/Surg units as needed
• Document all patient care in Epic EMR

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina or Multistate RN license required
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required
• Epic experience/proficiency required
• BLS (AHA) required
• ACLS (AHA) required
• NIHSS required
• PALS (AHA) required
• Must be comfortable taking occasional pediatric patients
• Must meet local radius rule (40+ miles)
