Responsibilities also include collaborating with staff, monitoring progress, communicating with referral sources, and efficient documentation.
Candidates must be a licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist committed to patient-first, integrity-driven care, possessing a compassionate mindset for building long-term patient relationships. Interest in clinical and professional growth within a supportive team environment is also sought.
