The assistant is responsible for implementing and maintaining information systems, including paper and electronic methods, while providing daily clerical and administrative support to optimize office workflow procedures. This role involves creating necessary documents, reports, and presentations, and assisting with training support staff on new systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with one to three years of experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in modern office practices and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential for success in this position.
Preferred background in HOA management, property leasing or real estate administration.
