The Caregiver will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while also encouraging participation in community activities to foster social connections. Supportive tasks include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and providing medication reminders as required.
Previous caregiving experience, particularly with dementia patients, is beneficial, but not strictly necessary as on-the-job training is provided. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, empathy, a positive attitude, and commit to compassionate care.
