The Caregiver will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while also encouraging participation in community activities to foster social connections. Supportive tasks include helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing medication reminders as necessary.
Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly and patient demeanor, and a commitment to providing compassionate care, with previous experience in caregiving, especially for individuals with dementia, being beneficial. Willingness to undergo on-the-job training is required, and no prior experience is strictly necessary.
