The Activity Assistant is responsible for hosting daily activities, safely transporting residents using the community vehicle, and educating team members on personalized activity opportunities. Duties also include welcoming new residents, decorating for events, and documenting daily activities through attendance and photographs.
Candidates must possess a compassionate spirit and enthusiasm for senior care, along with at least one year of experience in a similar role; a degree in psychology or kinesiology is preferred but not mandatory. Essential requirements include strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
