The primary role involves maintaining the integrity of the staffing model by coordinating staff schedules to meet resident care needs and assisting with daily clerical and administrative support for Wolk Manor. Essential functions include ensuring appropriate skill levels are assigned, managing call-ins for replacements, and handling payroll data input.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an Associate Degree in Business or equivalent administrative experience preferred, especially with a medical focus. A minimum of one year of secretarial or scheduling experience in a healthcare organization is required, along with excellent computer, phone, and communication skills.
To maintain the integrity of the established staffing model and to coordinate the scheduling of the staff to meet the care needs of the residents. Additionally, assist with day-to-day clerical duties to support the administrative needs and regulatory requirements for Wolk Manor as directed.
High school diploma required. Associate Degree in Business. Administrative Assistant or equivalent with medical focus preferred. Excellent computer, phone and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with nursing personnel, other departments in the facility and colleagues. Must be able to understand and carry out written and oral instructions. Must be able to prepare staffing schedules and other records in a systematic manner that meets staffing and organizational requirements. Must possess the ability to examine and verify staffing schedules and reports.
Minimum of one year secretarial experience or scheduling in a health care organization. Good time management skills, excellent communication skills and computer skills required.
