The role involves providing direct nursing care, including medication administration and patient assessments, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Candidates must possess an ASN, with a BSN preferred, and a minimum of one year of experience in a hospital setting is required. Applicants must hold an active RN license to practice in the state of Maryland and demonstrate strong clinical skills, compassion, empathy, organization, and basic computer proficiency.

As an Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse, you play a vital role in providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises. You will work in a fast-paced, structured environment within a mental health hospital, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patients through stabilization and recovery.
