This role involves maintaining delinquent records, managing physician suspensions, and training physicians on deficiency completion, alongside handling various reporting duties for senior administration and external agencies. Key tasks also include organizing file areas, accurately indexing medical records, and acting as an internal IT liaison for HIM processes.
Candidates must possess at least one year of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Essential prior experience includes incomplete record management, reviewing medical records for accuracy, and release of information (ROI) processes, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish being highly preferred.
