The pharmacist is responsible for reviewing medication orders, supervising pharmacy technicians, and monitoring drug therapies for appropriateness and safety. They also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage the documentation of controlled substances.
Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy and hold a valid Illinois Pharmacist license. A PharmD degree is preferred.

Graduate of an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy, Pharm D preferred. Consideration may be given to graduates of foreign colleges of pharmacy who are appropriately licensed.
Illinois Pharmacist licensure required.
