The Dentist is responsible for providing optimal dental care to address and reduce oral health disparities, encompassing operative procedures and patient education under the guidance of the Dental Director. This role also involves the clinical supervision of Dental Assistants, Hygienists, and EFDAs, alongside monitoring clinic performance metrics.
Candidates must possess a D.S or D.M.D degree with a current Ohio license, along with either a 1-year general practice residency or 2 years of experience post-graduation, and a current DEA license. Essential abilities include maintaining confidentiality, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to propose feasible solutions to identified problems.
