The Physical Therapy Assistant will work under a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care to home health patients, including performing exercises and assisting with self-help devices. Responsibilities also involve assisting with evaluations, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on therapy programs.
Candidates must possess a current state-specific PTA license, be a graduate of an accredited PTA program, and hold a valid BLS certification with access to an insured vehicle. While one year of home health experience is preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply.
