Full-time Direct Care Counselors are needed to work directly with participants and their families within the residential adolescent treatment program. The role involves providing mental health and behavioral support services in a structured community of care setting.
Candidates should possess qualities such as creativity, energy, positivity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A degree and/or experience in Human Services or a related field, along with prior experience working with adolescents, is preferred.

NFI North is currently looking for Direct Care Counselors to work in our Oliver Place Program, located in Bath, Maine. We are very proud of our Adolescent Treatment Program and the work we do with families who are faced with mental health issues.
