Key responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living according to individualized care plans and promptly observing and reporting any changes in their physical or behavioral condition to the Charge Nurse. Caregivers must also accurately document all provided care and attend required in-service education sessions.
Applicants must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state and possess strong attention to detail coupled with a commitment to high-quality care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced care environment.
$1,000 sign on bonus - Details at interview. Bonus eligibility ends when position(S) fill or 3/31/26, whichever comes first.
