Primary responsibilities include administering prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring resident health, and assisting with activities of daily living for residents in a long-term care facility. The role also requires collaboration on individualized care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must possess a valid LPN/RN license in Oklahoma and current CPR certification to be considered for this position. Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred, alongside excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate RNs / LPNs to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in our long-term care facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
Shift: Full-Time, 2pm-10pm, Part- time,10pm-6am
