The Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services to a diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, and families, potentially utilizing telehealth or community-based settings. Essential functions include providing individual, family, and group counseling, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and responding to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
Candidates must possess an LSW, LPC, MFT, or LCDC II license along with the related educational requirements, preferring a Master's degree, and must have knowledge of human behavior, psychological assessment, and treatment methods. Required abilities include effective interpersonal skills, excellent time management for a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Electronic Health Records and Microsoft Office Suite.

The Therapist works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be provided via telehealth, outpatient offices, and/or community-based settings.
