The Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services to a diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, and families across various settings. Essential functions include delivering individual, family, and group counseling, responding to mental health emergencies, and coordinating community resources.
Candidates must possess an LSW, LCDC III, LPC, or MFT license along with a Master's degree, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, demonstrating mission-driven commitment and strong organizational skills. A valid Ohio Driver's License and successful completion of pre-employment screenings are mandatory.
The Therapist works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor/Manager and is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be provided via telehealth, outpatient offices, and/or community-based settings.
