The Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services to a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families, potentially utilizing specialty therapeutic services like SUD or Maternal Depression treatment. Essential functions include developing therapeutic relationships, responding to mental health emergencies, coordinating community resources, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess an LSW, LPC, or LCDC II license along with a Bachelor's degree or an Associate’s Degree in a behavioral science or nursing, and demonstrate knowledge of human behavior, psychological assessment, and treatment methods. Required abilities include effective interpersonal skills, excellent time management for a fast-paced environment, proficiency with computer systems, a valid Ohio Driver's License, and the ability to pass background checks and screenings.

The Therapist works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be provided via telehealth, outpatient offices, and/or community-based settings.
