The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide essential personal care, including assistance with grooming, bathing, and dressing, while ensuring the resident environment is maintained and supplies are stocked. Responsibilities also include safely transferring residents, accurately documenting vital information, and encouraging engagement through exercises and orientation.
Candidates must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas and possess the ability to accurately record information and perform necessary technical procedures. The ideal fit requires strong communication, self-discipline, patience, and a genuine commitment to caring for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
