Provide home and community supports to adults with developmental disabilities or brain injuries to help them live independently. Develop individualized plans and foster relationships with family and the community to increase the individual's independence.
Must be able to travel in and around the North of Boston area. Ability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 10am to 6pm is required.

Our Individual Support program offers home and community supports for individuals with developmental/cognitive disabilities and/or acquired/traumatic brain injury who are living in their own apartment or in a shared living situation. Our goal is to help these adults thrive while living independently. We develop individualized plans, support skill development, and help the individual learn about their surrounding community.
The Individual Support Provider helps individuals live safely in the community, maintain their physical and emotional health, foster relationships with family and community and develop the skills necessary to increase the individual’s independence. Interaction between staff and individuals will reflect an appreciation of each individual’s uniqueness.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 10am-6pm (40 hours)
$21.67/hourly
