The core responsibility is providing necessary assistance to seniors so they can continue living in their homes. Caregivers act as independent contractors choosing assignments based on client needs and their own availability.
Applicants must possess at least two years of caregiving experience and meet specific documentation requirements including a background check and TB test. Hourly caregivers require a driver's license and vehicle, while live-in caregivers need a State ID.

Caregivers on our registry are independent contractors who can choose their assignments, work flexible hours based on their availability, and earn competitive market rates. Our office is looking for individuals with a heart of gold and a passion for making a difference. Providing excellent caregivers to our clients is one of our greatest assets.
We are currently looking for caregivers to provide services to clients in and between the following areas (including but not limited to):
West Chester, Malvern, Berwyn, Devon, King of Prussia, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Honey Brook, Chester Springs, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Oxford, Avondale, Kennett Square, Landenberg, and more!
Gap, New Holland, Lancaster, Morgantown, Quarryville, Willow Street, Millersville, Denver, Conestoga, Peach Bottom, and more!
Caregiver Requirements: 2 or more years of experience with caregiving
A driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for hourly caregivers; a State ID for live-in caregivers
Car insurance
Criminal background check and child abuse clearance
TB test or chest x-ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Test
Adolescent Counselor – Part-Time
Evening Adolescent Outpatient Therapist (Part-Time)
Problem Gambling Therapist - Evening IOP
Compass Nurse Case Manager
Physical Therapist Assistant
