The Minimum Data Set Nurse will aid in conducting and coordinating the development, completion, and transmission of the resident assessment according to state requirements and facility policies. Key duties involve assisting with MDS completion, coordinating the process for accurate submission, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care planning.
Candidates must possess 1-3 years of MDS experience, a nursing degree from an accredited college, and a current, unencumbered LVN/LPN license in the state. Essential knowledge includes clinical standards, regulations governing long-term care, and Medicare participation requirements.

As the Full-Time Minimum Data Set Nurse (MDS-LVN/LPN), you will aid in conducting and coordinating the development, completion, and transmission of the resident assessment in accordance with state requirements and the policies and goals of the facility. Your role will ensure that the MDS process is carried out effectively, supporting the overall care of residents and facilitating compliance with necessary regulations.
