The Recruitment Specialist I is responsible for recruiting patients via telephone and assisting with recruitment programs to boost referrals for various clinical research trials. Essential duties include maintaining professional relationships with potential participants and performing initial telephone screenings.
Candidates must possess a minimum high school diploma and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. The role requires the ability to perform detail-oriented work, manage high call volumes, and adhere strictly to all regulatory and company guidelines.

Under moderate supervision, the Recruitment Specialist I is responsible for recruiting patients over the phone as well as assisting with recruitment programs to increase referrals of participants for the various clinical research trials.
1. Indoor, Office environment. 2. Essential physical requirements include sitting, typing, standing, and walking. 3. Lightly active position, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. 4. Reporting to work, as scheduled, is essential. 5. On-site work arrangement.
