Caregivers will assist seniors in living as fully and independently as possible by providing non-medical care, including companionship, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. Responsibilities also involve aiding with personal hygiene tasks like bathing and feeding, while maintaining client dignity and completing shift documentation.
Candidates must be dependable, enjoy working with senior citizens, and possess flexible availability, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. A minimum of two years of home care or facility experience is required, and registration with Guardian is a plus.
