The Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse will prioritize resident service, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to residents and their families under the direction of a registered nurse. Key duties include admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, conducting daily observation rounds, administering medication, and monitoring unlicensed staff performance.
Candidates must possess a current LVN or LPN license to practice in the state, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Basic computer knowledge or a willingness to learn is also required for this role.
