As a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Sub-Acute unit, the role involves prioritizing resident care and comfort under licensed nurse direction, providing hands-on support tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living, ambulation, transfers, and supporting licensed nurses with treatments and procedures.
Candidates must have successfully completed a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program and hold current CNA certification along with CPR/BLS certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn is also required.
