The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist residents with daily routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation, while also responding promptly to call lights and participating in shift reports. Responsibilities also include supporting dining services, performing restorative procedures, observing and reporting resident condition changes, and maintaining a clean living environment.
Candidates must possess a valid Ohio State Tested Nurses Aide (CNA) license and have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Essential qualifications include fluency in English, strong interpersonal skills, a high level of compassion, and the ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
