Provide immune globulin infusion therapies and one-on-one nursing care to patients in their own homes. Coordinate treatment plans with physicians and pharmacists while providing essential patient education.
Requires a valid Alabama RN license, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Minimum of one year of nursing experience is required, with infusion or home health experience preferred.
Fully remote and autonomous position providing infusions in the home setting for patients in the Gadsden, AL area
As a Home Infusion IVIG Registered Nurse (RN) you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. If you are spending 12 hours on your feet or rushing from patient to patient with no time to provide quality patient care, this would be the perfect opportunity to change your work environment. Our nurses have the luxury of having a work life balance. Their work schedule also provides an opportunity to build one-on-one relationships with their patients.
In this PRN role, you will visit patients in greater Gadsden and surrounding areas with occasional travel of up to 150-200 miles one way. Travel time is paid and mileage is reimbursed.
